Guys, I am finally here. At the freaking finish line. I have somehow managed to read for 30 HOURS AND 48 MINUTES (social media time included)! I really have no clue how the heck I accomplished that, but I did. read 8 books and reviewed them. The 8 books are:
The Little Prince by Antoine De Saint-Exupéry
Bridge To Terabithia by Katherine Paterson
James And The Giant Peach by Roald Dahl
The Indian In the Cupboard by Lynne Reid Banks
Horten’s Miraculous Mechanisms by Lissa Evans
I had a blast doing this challenge, and I hope you all did too. I can not wait for next year to do it again. Thank you Ms. Yingling Reads for hosting us this year! *UPDATE* I won the second place prize for reading the longest! Woohoo! I don’t know how I did it, but I won a set of all three THE FOURTH STALL books! Yay! Thank you Ms. Yingling!

Yay! We made it! Thanks for joining us! 😀
Yay! *fist bump* I had a blast!
Hooray! I hope you’re doing a summer reading program at your public library- you probably read all the time you need for the whole summer! Thanks for joining us!
Why wouldn’t I? I got the sheet for it the day before the challenge and I am reading as much as possible (although I do need a break after reading for that long). Will you be hosting it next year as well? Thank you!
Xander
That’s a great list of books! Love Liar & Spy.
Oh, me too. Rebecca Stead is so wonderful!
Great job! Congrats on finishing!
Thank you!
Xander, what a way to kick off your summer! Congrats on making it through! Glad you enjoyed it, but also glad to have you back in circulation!!
Awesome! 30 hours is more than I’ve ever read for the 48HBC. Way to go!
Really? Thanks!
You read some real classics – and what an awesome time!
Yes, I had a wonderful time!
Wow, that’s awesome! I haven’t read The Indian and the Cupboard, but my daughter loved it.
